Starr-Iva Water and Sewer District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Bills are ALWAYS due by the 10th of the month.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located at the bottom of this page or in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, debit or credit (Mastercard, Visa, or Discover) and money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. For your convenience we also have a drop box at the drive-thru window for after hours.
Payment by Phone
WE NOW OFFER AUTOMATED PHONE PAY. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF THE PHONE NUMBER WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO USE THIS OPTION. YOU CAN USE THIS OPTION 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION. There will be no additional charge to your bill for use of these services.
Due to liability and fraud we are no longer able to accept payments directely by phone.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
ONLINE BILL PAY
You may now access you bills online via this website. Click on PAY YOUR BILL then PAY YOUR BILL NOW. You must know your NEW account number(DROP OFF ANY 0'S AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. EX. IF YOUR ACCOUNT # SHOWS AS 000251 YOU WILL ONLY USE THE 251 FOR YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER) and the last 4 digits of the telephone number we have on file for your account. Please call the office if you need to update your information to use this option.
